Yes, I could view the homepage. To open the file in PDF it said there was an error. That's as far as I got. I will have to check on Flash and Javascript. Usually if you don't have one of these a box pops up and says to download it!! Did you download the pdf file, or are you trying to view it online? Are you on Windows, Mac, or Linux? You have a PDF viewer?
I didn't download the file, I clicked what ever you click to view the file in pdf without downloading it. Maybe a Vista person can help you, we did just test the site in Linux on 2 systems and pdfs are working fine. If you have popup blockers or high security settings, that might be the trouble.
