Mine was in the mailbox with the flag up. I ran out, brought it in, tore apart the flap, copied it, it didn't come out well, copied it in COLOR (Duh!), came out good, taped the envelope seal (not very pretty) and returned it to the mailbox. I GOT IT!!

LOL! Mine's (filled out but) not getting mailed till April 1st. You never know. It came in today! Short form. Promptly completed it and mailed today (dropping off at Postal Service since I have PO Box there.) Now to make sure my neighbors have theirs. Utah is one state cheated out of 435th representative because of a bizarre rule by Census Bureau (they won't allow 20,000+ LDS and non LDS missionaries out of country. This time they have to allow that because of Congress' directive.
