I am looking for a marriage record for a Dorothy Lowe, born Buffalo, NY, April 1898, daughter of Edwin and Victoria Lowe. She is still single in the 1920 census, living with her mother. I don't know who, when or if she married and cannot find her in the 1930 census as Dorothy Lowe. I am hoping to find out what might have happened to her mother through her marriage record or obit.
