Nelson and Donna,   thank you very much for your 2 cents! I appreciate it. I do want to make sure I am thinking this out properly so to get other opinions is quite helpful.   Nelson, the others that DO know abt the 2nd family are quite certain they want it kept a secret from our 1st family. They didn't even want them included on the family tree. They are fellow family researchers and none of us were around when the other family came along. The elders in the 1st family that knew all of the deceased are not computer people or deceased themselves.   BUT, the most recent death of a child of the 2nd family is on findagrave there is someone posting flowers from that family to other members of the 2nd family. .So there is a newer generation of people that may see the memorial and be stunned.One person posted many of the graves of that family in Sept. 2009.   I would like them to find the "father" of the 2 families and I posted him on findagrave awhile back but only with his original family (which is all we knew at the time.)He is my grt uncle.   It is a conundrum...perfect word,Nelson.   I have included the 2nd family on the family tree, as far as I am concerned they are family and belong there.BUT I did save a copy of the tree first and any of our relatives (from the 1st family) that want a copy get that one!   I guess I will back off.     Thank you guys!   Laurie     Researching: Ancestor Activist- Amico,Asciutto,Arico,Galbo,Giambrone,Mistretta,Frisa, Ortalano,Lazarra,Piacenti Van Ausdale,(Van Oesdale,Vanosdale,Van Arsdale, Van Arsdalen)Hendrickson Hartman,Mikuszewski,Szulc.
