    3. My 2great grandfather was John Putney, He had a son John Putney, my great grandfather. He had 2 sons first and last named John Putney.     3. In a similar vein, my great-great grandfather was married twice. He named a son Ezra who died at age 10 then when he married wife #2, he named another son Ezra.
