    3. Hi Anne, That I don't know, but probably not Catholic. Jacob KLEINDIENST was connected with the German Evangelical Church in Rochester. Jacon KLEINDIENST and Margaret SIES KLEINDIENST are both buried in Mt. Hope, Rochester but no sign of Magdalena. Thanks for your reply and best wishes, Charles ----- Original Message ----- From: "Anne Kruszka" <gen.witch@gmail.com> To: <NYERIE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, April 21, 2005 10:34 AM Subject: Re: [NYERIE] Still searching for KLEINDIENST > What religion?

    1. Still searching for KLEINDIENST
    2. Charles
    3. Dear Listers, I am still searching for the death of Magdalena KLEINDIENST, she was the wife of Jacob KLEINDIENST, and may have died in Buffalo in the 1860s, at least before 1870. Jacob worked and lived in Rochester but had contacts with Buffalo and Magdalena's family may have been from there. They were ROHR or ROHRER. Jacob came to the USA in 1848 and lived in Rochester most of his life. He later remarried to a Margaret SIES, also connected with Buffalo. Any help would be gratefully welcomed. Best wishes, Charles

    2. Sandra Luss
    3. I acquired some letters from the 1930s written to Donald ESTABROOK of West Falls and Edna SALISBURY of Boston (NY). If anyone has any connection to these families I would be happy to mail them the letters.
