I too am interested in this family, although my Wordens were in this country before yours. As administrator of the Worden DNA Project, I am eager to find male descendants of any Worden, Warden, Werden, Wording, etc., immigrants, as well as those who remained in England. Our objective is to determine if the various Worden families all descend from or are related to the Lancashire Wordens, the earliest known immigrant being Peter b. ca 1576.
