Margaret Schaad's ancestor appears to have been adam schaad, who married appollonia's younger sister, maria eva. But this leaves open the question as to the identity of the Phillip Schaad in the Old Saint Joe's records in Rochester, N.Y. may have been a second child names Philip Schaad (sometimes done after the young death of a sibling), or maybe a cousin. i'll see if I have Margaret's e-mail still.
