I think I have some good records for your searches. 1) Catherine Ramstetter Married Mathias Freidel on April 11th, 1858 at St. Joseph's Church Rochester - data from LDS films. 2) In 1870 US Census Catharine & Matthew Fridel live in Hammondsport and grow grapes. 3) Barbara arrives with her husband Anton (40), daughter, Regina (9), Maria (6) and son George (5). Also on board are Martin (30) Apollonia (33) Argus and their children Adam (7) and Barbara (6). Jan 11, 1858 on the ship Bavaria. Who is "the sister of the farmer growing grapes" ?
