Since there is discussion of Traver on this list, I have a Traver question I hope someone can answer. I would like to find the death dates and burial places for my gggrandparents, Harvey Traver and Catherine Nickle Traver. They were married on 1 Dec 1822 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Rhinebeck. They are in Poughkeepsie census records by 1850. It looks like after 1850 they stayed in Poughkeepsie. At least 2 of their children are buried in Poughkeepsie Rural. Catherine was b. in Dutchess Co. ca. 1803. I believe Catherine died some time between 1860 and 1870 as she is in the 1860 census and not in 1870. Harvey was b. in Dutchess Co. ca. 1802. I believe he died in Poughkeepsie some time between 1870 and 1880. He is in the census in 1870, living with someone named Mariah Rion and her children. He appears not to be in the 1880 census. I think Mariah is Harvey's daughter Elizabeth, a Civil War widow. Loreen Wells
