Dear Nan: This data was gathered, if my memory is right, on a visit to the library in Poughkeepsie, and was early in my involvement in genealogical research. There might be more there that I did not either know enough to pursue or was unaware of the importance of pursuing (on what was probably going to be my one and only visit to that source!!!). So, there might be more there, in Amenia church records. However, I do have something about the Winegars that might be of help to you. For whatever reason not known to me now, I also copied all of the marriages of the children of Garrett and Catherine (Snyder) Winegar except the 14th child, son Gideon. So, if the marriages of the other Winegar sons and daughters of this pair would be of value, I will happily copy them and either send them to you or post them the Dutchess County maillist. I see nothing more than what you have. I will keep checking , on line a few of us keep talking and maybe some one is working that line. If you go to the message boards I will see what we can find. Helping each other is the only way when you are back that far sometimes. I will keep you on my screen for a while and see if we can help. Thank you for your work.
