Hi Alan, I see that is as far back as we have to date. I see nothing more than what you have. I will keep checking , on line a few of us keep talking and maybe some one is working that line. If you go to the message boards I will see what we can find. Helping each other is the only way when you are back that far sometimes. I will keep you on my screen for a while and see if we can help.
