Please feel free to e-mail me and we can exchange some information. I have compiled significant information on the Halls, but still have no definitive proof of who Asa and Jesse's father was. My theory takes us back to a John Hall who came to Boston in the early 1630s. That theory is widely held in the view of genealogists of Virginia. Some from other areas believe that theory could not possibly be true because a person named Benajah Hall was murdered in the late 1700s without children.
