    3. Hello Bill, Delilah is a name which is almost never used by the Brouwer family line, who after 1800 mainly was spelling it as BROWER, but there were a number of lines that used the BREWER spelling. I am going to have to take some time to throughly check my files and see if I can find a Delilah, but it does not ring a bell for me. However, there is another BREWER family line, which is NOT related to mine, a man named Solomon BREWER, who is in the Sleepy Hollow area, and I do have some of his genealogy in my files. Sleepy Hollow is near Tarrytown and is located in Westchester Co NY . Best regards, Lilly Martin ----- Original Message ----- From: <Billcoley1@aol.com> To: <nydutche@rootsweb.com> Cc: <nymets42@optonline.net> Sent: Wednesday, October 31, 2007 11:01 PM Subject: Re: [NYDUTCHE] Brower-Brewer-Drake-Callow-Manning--To Lilly > > Hi Lilly, > > I have a Brewer line in my genealogy and was wondering if we may be > related. > My Brewer was Delilah Brewer who married Aaron Barhite c. 1820 to 1825. > She > was born 12 Feb. 1800 somewhere in New York (probably Putnam or Dutchess > County).
