For instance, there are countless requests over all mailing lists for information or a site which is readily available online if the person asking did a simple search first. In most instances, the Census-Lookup lists are duplicating resources available that are readily available through the state/county mailing lists and websites. The best thing to help the most is simply to remain patient regarding queries in the wrong place and make friendly, appropriate referrals for what they need. Diane
