    3. Thanks Anne. That must drive people crazy! And me, being such a stickler for detail, I'm always looking to "fill in the blank." I always have this urge, when receiving a town reference, to fill in the county/parish, state/province fields in my database and I guess, from what you are saying, this may not be possible in all instances.
