    2. I agree with Catherine. This deluge of email will be a temporary situation. I am on this mailing list in the hopes of finding a hurdle over some of the "brick walls" in my research. So, the amount of email I have to read currently from this mailing list may be a small price to pay to gain further information regarding ancestors or possible connections to them. I delete no "roll call" emails without at least opening it to see who the sender is talking about. My program will allow the mail to sit there unopened for 30 days, so I can slowly work my way through all of the "Roll Call" emails. As an aside, another list that I am on has decided to do a "roll call" too ... so I have even more to go through.
