But it is his wife, Eliza MARTINDALE that is my brickwall; I know there are many families in the Indiana area with that surname, but I just can't find anything on her family. They are listed in the 1880 US census in Delaware Co., New York; their birthdates would be ca1800-1808. Both list their parents as being born in Rhode Island. Any help would be appreciated.
