Thanks for responding, Patty. I have looked at all pertinent deedbooks and mortgages but Alexander's acquisition of the property is not in them. Is there some way of tracing the lineage of the lots? Lot 235 must have been created from an earlier lot. Alexander lived in the northern half. Susan
