At least one Stephen Fisher b 1770 MA came after the Revolution from NJ where his father Jonathan had died; don't know if any brothers came along. Stephen married Sally Cook & they moved 1807 to Jefferson Co NY although during the War of 1812-14 she was back home at Delaware for a while. That doesn't show on census because mid-decade, only by children's birthplaces.
