There is a Garret Arnold living in Franklin Delaware County in 1840.The census is 0110010000000//200010000000 In 1880 There is a Mary Arnold 76 living in Barton Clarence Kansas with a family with a didfferent name but the Step children have Arnold as a last name. Hope this helps. Also there is a Garret Arnold living in Indiana 1870 and 1880. 1870 he married his wife Sara in May and he is 22, she is 19. He works for the railroad. He is born in New York and she in Illinois. This could be a grandson.
