Hello List I am hoping that someone might be able to help answer a question. Yesterday my cousin was at the Courthouse in Delhi asking for birth and death certificates, and they told him that he had to go to the town where the person was born or died in order to obtain them. The ancestors that he is looking for lived in Colchester. He is curious to whether or not there is a town hall in Colchester, which would have these records, or should he be going elsewhere? The records would be located in Downsville where the Town Clerk is located for the Town of Colchester. Linda
