Doris: My source is the Richmond Spring Mercury newspaper, dated Aug. 20, 1925, which I found at the Old Fulton NY Post Cards web site, which also have numerous old newspaper. I clicked on SIGNOR and there were 5,000 hits, however the majority were for the Italian word, Mr. I made a copy of the article and wrote down the papers name and date. . Willing to send you what was written and the Judge was named Holmes of Downsville. Guess there should be some record in the Delaware archives on the grand jury's action. I do not place anything in my files unless I can cite the source and maybe I can find someone in Delaware County to see what action took place on this incident.
