I am still facing a brick wall on my 3GR grandmother, Deborah Rickard Batcheller/Batchelder. She died in Harpersfield, abt. 1876. I'm trying to determine what happened to her husband David and pinning down which of many Rickards are her parents. Has anyone had any success finding obituaries for the late 1800's?
