Doris, If they are the Benjamin & Mary Fox in Buckingham Twp., Wayne Co., PA, they had been married 12 years as of June 1, 1900. Given the birth of their daughter in June 1889, 1888 is a good bet for their marriage date. If they were married in Wayne County, their license would be on file at the courthouse (and on microfilm at the historical society). Since they were so far north, it may have been easier to be married in New York, in which case the record would be there (Hancock perhaps).
