This list is a new list to serve those who visit the Rootsweb site NYCentra. The counties involved are: Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Madison, Onondaga, Tioga, and Tompkins. The overview for the John Fullers mailing list page more or less sums it up: "NY-CENTRA. After the membership gets to be a couple dozen or more, I will post a message for a roll call to get things going.
