Over the last few days I've added the listings from the Madison County directory for 1868-69 for the Towns of Fenner and Nelson - http://www.rootsweb.com/~nymadiso/1868dir.htm Nelson has a new background that I'm testing and I would appreciate some feedback in that regard. I've recently retired from one major time sink in hopes it will give me more time to dedicate to what I truly enjoy - putting info online for you good folk. In reviewing my to do pile - and it is a big one - I realized I've yet to complete my series of my March visit so to that end I'll work on getting that to you shortly. On the Chenango side the town of Oxford is currently being transcribed from the 1869-70 directory and should be online shortly. This will be followed by Pitcher, Sherburne and Smyrna. As my summer and fall calms down I hope to be adding even more stuff to the sites. Tim Stowell
