Hello all: Just an update on my latest additions to the Cazenovia, Fenner, and Nelson History Pages ... OK, so you know where your ancestor lived - Town, Village, or County-wise, that is ... How about seeing his or her name on the old maps that people always talk about???? If they lived in the Town or Village of Cazenovia in 1859 - you finally have your chance! I've been busy the past few days (years actually) putting together web pages for various maps that show the Towns of Cazenovia, Fenner, and Nelson. I have a lot of work to do, but I have one of the major segments complete and up and running smoothly! The maps I've been working on look nice, are easy to read, and are put together (or taken apart) to load more efficiently, but what is new and improved and all the more valuable is ... A COMPLETE NAME INDEX of all the people, businesses, churches, manufacturers, etc., that are shown in the Town of Cazenovia and the Village of Cazenovia insert on the large 1859 Wall Map by Jonathan Gillette. Stop in to my Cazenovia, Fenner, and Nelson History Pages and see what I've done. If you had relatives there in 1859 you just might find them and see who their neighbors were. If you aren;t particularly researching Cazenovia, please stop in to see what I've done and gather up some ideas for your own web pages!!!! Stop by the main page at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~nyccazen/ go to "What's New!?" and the new links are right at the top. Dan W. Yes, I'm working on the other towns and other maps, so I will eventually get them on line also!
