Sally Jankowski had been posting biographies on the Columbia Co. message board. She agreed to send them to me for posting on my website. She may have added some not posted on the message board. The advantage that my webpage has is that I have indexed every name mentioned in the biographies. Women have been indexed twice; under married and maiden names. There are currently 62 surnames and 270 people in all. Many of the bios are written for people who moved away from the county (or their ancestors made the move).
