STICKLE Hillsdale, and Gallatin DRC I must correct my reference to Hillsdale Dutch Reform Church. I have visited two churches from my line. This one and Gallatin. The Gallatin DRC was the one on the Columbia/Dutchess lines and the Hillsdale is farther north. Sorry for my mistake. My GGGgrandparents (STICKLE/SHAW) were married in the Gallatin DRC which was destroyed by fire and replaced by another quaint church across the road with the cemetery wrapping around it. A lovely lady who was placing flowers around the graves of her ancestors had the key to the church. She was so kind to let me take a peek inside. Such a warm friendly area. Hillsdale DRC has a cemetery at the side of the church. I found a gguncle from the STICKLE family. When I returned a year later I couldn't find it. I should have drawn a map of the graves in relation to the church. I did find a flier about an afghan sold by the church. I looked at this later and ordered the coverlet. It was providence. I hope many of you not living near Columbia Co. have a chance to visit. It is such a nice place. Jane Stickle Crosier
