I am curious as to whether or not Wheeler actually owned the property. It is on the banks of the Chrysler Pond Outlet where it runs under County Road 27. Other area names on my 1837 map include M. Decker, J. E. Scott and W & B. S. Sh. The info *I* have on the property begins in the 1940s with a Louis Sologub.
