However, at one point in time Soloman Finch married Mary Reynolds thus joining the Finch- Reynolds families in Columbia County. I think there is a strong chance that your Reynolds Finch might fit in somewhere. There was also a Jabish Finch living near Reynolds in the 1840 census that could have been brothers. It would be interesting to explore that possibility. Also, the Reynolds I found in Wayne CO was married to a "Phebe", not "Polly" Do you have any other names, e.g. siblings, children, etc. that m ight help narrow it down? There was also a Reynolds Finch in Galway, Saratoga CO I would be glad to help you try to narrow things down, if you would like. Feel free to email me........ Flo
