Milton Saulpaugh was the Columbia County Sheriff and was married to the late Catherine Moore. They lived in Mellenville, NY. Catherine was a member of the Hendrick Hudson chapter of the DAR in Hudson and I knew her well. I have also met Milton before he passed away. Ruth Claverack
