I have never found any proof of the date of Squire and Lucretia's marriage. Have you found that proof? I also have found no connection between Daniel and this family other than they were both in San Augustine at the same time. Do you have a further proof? By way of correction, Jesse T Cole married Lucretia Brown in Oct 1837. The E is a mistake made by the census taker. I have found proof that the E should be T in a land record in Bell County Texas.
