The descriptions of each "Beat" doesn't really make sense today, for example... "Beat No. 25: John Foot's to the Kinderhook Line including crossroads to the south and crossraod to Israel Phelps." Has anybody figured out the modern names of these beats/roads today? Even better yet, does a map exist from circa 1801 showing these roads? Thanks.
