    3. Richard, If you do not hear from anyone who can really help you, I suggest that you research in Dutchess County, around South Dover. There were many Wheeler's in that area.     3. Hi Margaret, I have placed John Wheeler where I think that he belongs. Most of my Wheelers lived in Ulster and Columbia Counties. Richard
