My e-mail went down right after I posted the message or I would have been equally prompt! If I could impose on you further, does the name "Haldrin" have any significance for you? I have only found it referred to in the masculine, which led me to consider the possibility that it is actually an adaptation of a surname. Interestingly, it turns up as a soundex equivalent of the "Holdron" surname and the brief research I've done so far, indicates the possibility of some Holdron families present in the area around Livingston Manor in around the same time period. Would you mind checking the index one more time for the Gallatin Church records for any Holdron variants? I'm also wondering if you have any knowledge of how to access the tenant rolls for Livingston Manor without having to take a trip to New York since I live in MN. Any suggestions?
