Stonington, CT about 1757, m. Catharine SMITH in Nobletown (Hillsdale), Columbia Co., NY about 1780-1781. Children: Job BABCOCK, b. 1782 Eunice BABCOCK, b. 1784 Abiram BABCOCK, b. Abt. 1787 Stephen BABCOCK, b. 1789 In 1797 Charles and his family moved to Scipio, Cauga Co., NY and in 1816 to Keuka Lake, Yates Co., NY. They moved to Rose, Wayne Co., NY in 1827. Charles and Catharine died in Rose in 1829. Attached is my website if anyone has any Babcocks in their family.
