I am researching the family of Peter O'Hara and his wife Sarah McCormick. The 1870 census shows the newlyweds as living next door to the family of James and Elizabeth McCormick and their children - twins William and Belle age 23, Alice age 5, Elizabeth age 3 and Mary A. age 2 months. I'm suspecting that Sarah McCormick is also James and Elizabeth's daughter and that Peter O'Hara met Sarah through her William who "works in the Ore Bed" just as Peter O'Hara did.
