I am looking for the parents of Harmon Salisbury born about 1785. I have found a Joseph Van Salsbergen who had a son Harmon born 2/9/1784. Joseph was born in Claverack and I believe Harmon was either born in Claverack or Schodack were his mother was from (Margarite Oversandt). I would be interested in all the Van Salsbergen information you have since I believe Harmon is definatley from this line. Harmon settled in New Scotland in the early 1800's and married Mary Hungerford.
