Hello, I am trying to trace the ancestors of Peter Proper who, I believe, was born in Livinginston Manor, NY c1768 and died 28 May 1847 in Highgate, VT. He married Jannetje Unknown. I have information on a Henrich/Henry Proper married to Alida Esselsteyn who might be his parents. And, Johann Peter Proper married to a Rachel Hooghteeling c1732.
