American Ancestry , Columbia County, has Harriet Shaver as the wife of Silas B. Winn (b.1810; son of William of Ghent,b. 1782, d. 1829 (m. Martha Howard); son of Isaac of Livingston Manor. However, in another entry they have William as the son of Adam of Livingston Manor. This ref. is not always 100%, but gives you leads. It lists the Shaver families (2) as also from Livingston Manor and mentions Jacob (circa 1748,d. 1821 as serving in Rev. War. Not much help,I'm affraid.
