The only dealing I have had with Frank Dorherty is purchasing a family chapter from his book. I did it all on-line and he emailed me the chapter I purchased. I found it very useful. You don't have to purchase the whole volume, you can just purchase a "Family Chapter." The Crandall one is $30.00 and is 27 pages. Susan
