Son John J. O'Brien born in Chatham, Columbia Co., NY in 1852. Mary died in 1861, buried in Old Catholic Cemetery on Old Mountain Rd. in Lebanon Springs. Richard remarried a woman named Margaret before the 1865 state census. Two children lived with them: Willy (age 9) and Thomas (age 7) Mahan. Ann married Thomas A. Welch; Mary married a man named Gleason; Winifred married a man named Hanlon; and Catherine married George Kenyon. Any connections?
