I have located an "Assignment for benefits of Creditors" dated 1/12/1869 involving my grgrandfather, Edward H. HUBBARD, and John C. FRANKLIN - owners of the firm of Hubbard & Franklin located in Kinderhook. Is anyone related to this John Franklin or know anything about the firm? Ginny Arveson
