Hi, Cliff. The entries were not found in Rickard's indices. I found them on an LDS microfilm (#1502811) containing readings from various cemeteries - mostly in the northern part of the county. There are explicit indications that the data for Evergreens was copied from cards but not whether the cards were cemetery records or copies of monument inscriptions. However, since burials took place as late as 1948, it occurs to me that records should be available and, in fact, that the cemetery might still have an administrative office. I suppose it wouldn't hurt me to mention that the surname is POLHILL, misspelled in the transcription as POLKILL (or was it POKILL?).
