While I don't have the answer to your question if anyone assimilated information about Polish descendents, there used to be a Polish Catholic Church in Hudson. It was called Scared Heart and was located on either Front or 1st Street. The Church was attended by most Polish residents of Hudson. The city of Hudson used to have a large Polish population. The Priest gave the Mass in Polish and Latin vice English and Latin. The church held all sorts of Polish related celebrations. The church closed in the mid 80's. I understand the records from that church are held at St. Mary's Church in Hudson. The actual church building is still there, but owned by a private person. Ed

The Columbia County area was originally part of Albany Co.. My great, great, great grandparents were married in the church that was originally there. The church is very quaint and a cemetery wraps around the little church. Good luck in your search. I have C0LES in my surname list. Ebenezer was the one who did the surveying from Rhode Island, throughout Conn. to the Nine Partner Patent in New York. He later went to Shaftsbury Vt. He was signed the paper of the founding of this town in 1765. Good luck in your hunt for your ancestors. Jane Stickle Crosier

Marion Kern was a well-known compiler of Columbia Co., NY cemetery records. Some of Marion's records were passed to Wendy McLean. Wendy transcribed the 274 Harlemville Cemetery records and it was online for quite awhile. It has since been revised and is back online again with a new address. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~clifflamere/Cem/CEM-Harlemville.htm The Krum cemetery in the Town of Hillsdale was transcribed by me and has just been posted. These 39 records I believe to be about 20-40% of the complete cemetery. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~clifflamere/Cem/CEM-Krum.htm Cliff
