Hi John, In the History of Clinton, etc. I show 11 Bertrand names but no Constant and I do not know where Churubusco, NY is. I looked in both Clinton and NY and did not see that town name. In the same book for the BOYER surname, I only show an entry for an Antoine. Now for the 10,000 Vital Records, This is the information I had on both Surnames: No entries under the surname BERTRAND or BOYER. I am real sorry we struck out.
