Sue, As far as I know the indexes were placed at SUNY PLattsburgh's Fienberg Library for New York State and the Historical Society in St. Albans VT for cemeteries for Vermont. Never heard of them being available in book form. They are in notebooks and folks have merely been xeroxing them. I know the Clinton Co. Historian's Office has a copy for NYS. Phil Gauthier
