    3. Hi Elaine, I went to the vital records website and went to the Clinton County section looking for the addresses for the town clerks and they did not have anything listed. Are we supposed to write to the county clerk in Plattsburgh only? If not, do you happen to know the address of the town clerk of Morrisonville or where I could find their address? Other states list both county and town clerks but NY does not seem to do that. Thanks for your help. That it would faster to go thru the Town Clerks Office. I think you can find it there because, we got one for my brother at the Town Clerks and he was born dead. I called to see how much the document would cost because the price changes. Also my niece sent for document in Chazy, that they could not find and they sent her check back. It all took about a couple of weeks from the Town Clerk. Hope this helps,Elaine
